Pricing

This flat fee covers basic service expenses (e.g., disposable shop supplies, insurance, first 25 miles of travel, etc.). This rate applies to scheduled service calls that fall between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (see Emergency Callout Fee below).

When we travel to you, and walk you through the systems in your new RV (travel fees apply). This is for the whole family. We also do virtual walkthroughs (see below).

The first 25 miles of travel (i.e., 50 miles roundtrip) are free. $1.50 per one-way mile is charged beyond 25 miles. Miles are calculated in driving miles, not in direct-line (i.e., as the crow flies) miles.

We will walk you through diagnosing an issue on video chat or over the phone. There are no travel fees associated with this service.

The Service Call/ Diagnostic Fee will be charged at this rate for after-hours (5 p.m. - 8 a.m.) and non-scheduled callouts. Standard Travel Fees apply.

Hourly rate for non-scheduled work after-hours or for work done on U.S. holidays. Standard Travel Fees apply.

Let's be honest, black and gray tanks are just gross, and may involve biohazards. This type of work requires additional supplies and risks to the technician.
